A group of nine swimmers from Kitimat Marlins travelled to Smithers on the weekend of February 23 to compete against the Bulkley Valley Otters.
All the swimmers posted personal best times and two of the swimmers came away with medals. Kamryn O’Neill placed third in the Girls 10-11 Division and Anais Ramos-Gadbois placed third in the Girls 12-13 Division.
“Our swimmers have been making their club proud all year and will continue to compete at regional meets as we move into spring,” said Marlins’ Tim Baker.
