Rost passed at the age of 84. He was born in the Czech Republic and moved to Kitimat in 1969. Rost retired from Alcan in 1999. His passion was painting and was a member of the Kitimat Arts Club. He will be dearly missed by his wife Eva of 62 years, daughter Eva and son Rost.
