Bob was predeceased by his parents Mabel and Edward Meyer; brother Carl; brother-in-law Jerry Smith; mother-in-law Grace Smith; and father-in-law Edward Smith.

At Bob’s request, cremation has already taken place.

A celebration of Bob’s life was held Thursday, July 14, 2011 at the Kitimat Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Kitimat Humane Society would be appreciated.

Special thanks are extended to friends and family for their compassion at this difficult time: to Drs. Skully, Kay and staff for their help and support. It was Bob’s wish to remain in his home; this was made possible by our three special angels - Gloria, Elaine, and Barb, our home care workers. We are very grateful to you.
