Together Again ~
Paul was born in High Prairie, Alberta on January 17, 1943. He was the youngest of five in the homesteading Slanina Family.
He was a mechanic by trade and spent most of his working career at Eurocan Pulp & Paper. He met the love of his life, Arleigh, in Kitimat and they raised four children. The Family grew to include grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
HIs love for the outdoors and music were always a part of Paul's life. He shared this joy and many other gifts with his family.
Paul is loved and missed by Simon (Liz), Veronica (Greg), Rachel (Scott), Carrie (Dan) and their children. He is survived by his brother Joe, and his sister Mary Gerada. Many nieces and nephews loved and cherished their friendship with Uncle Paul.
He will be missed by many.
