It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul...aka "Speedy/Herman," who was born on April 5, 1954, and passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 69.
Paul, a Millwright/Machinist by trade, worked at Rio Tinto for 20 years. He was born in Galt, Ontario, and lived in Kelowna, Kitimat, and Christina Lake. He loved fishing and made the best smoked salmon!
Paul is survived by his wife Denise, his mom Ursula, brother Greg (Dana), sons Phil (Sue), Creighton, stepson Jeremy (Randi), grandsons Mitchell, Blake, Nathan, and Tyson, and many uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Robert, his sister, Cathy, and stepson, Corey.
Paul was a wonderful husband, son, brother, father, and friend to many and will be dearly missed. He will be remembered for his kind heart, quick wit, meticulous attention to detail, and sense of humor.
Cremation to take place, and as per his wishes, there will be no service held.
