In loving memory ~
Mary was born in Germany on February 15, 1930. She passed away peacefully in Kelowna with family at her bedside on June 15, 2024.
Mary was predeceased by her husband and the love of her life, John in 1989. She will lovingly be remembered by her two daughters Carol (Guy) and Christa (Guy) as well as her grandchildren: Eric, Sara, Michael and Marc.
Mom was so proud of her family and adored her grandchildren. She was kindhearted, caring, and a beautiful soul. Mom loved it when all of her family got together. She would make her "famous" pizza - so delicious! She loved her flower garden - such a green thumb. She enjoyed her vegetable garden and was known to chase a bear or two away if they got too close to her lettuce.
Mary spent the last seven years in Kelowna at Glenmore Lodge. Our family would like to thank the caring staff and Dr. M. Bobyn for their support.
A celebration of Mary's life will be on September 21, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Christ the King Church in Kitimat, B.C.
