Karl Ludwig Gastel
August 25, 1930 - September 15, 2010
Karl was born August 25, 1930 in southern Germany, and passed away peacefully at home in Kitimat on September 15, 2010.
Karl is survived by Margret, his wife of almost 50 years;
sons Raimund, Bernard, Martin and Mark; grandson Aedan; brothers Hans (Liesel) and Gunter (Freddy); and many nieces and nephews.
Thank you to Dr. Mills and staff, the Home Care Nurses, and to a very dear friend, Ingrun Hagemann.
Karl will be dearly missed by
his family and friends.
Funeral services were held Sept. 21 at Christ the King Church in Kitimat.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
