Kaethe Elizabeth Eleonore Lange (Voss)

It is with sorrow that the family of Kaethe Lange announce her peaceful death at the age of 96.
She was the only child of Fritz and Dora Voss and grew up in Bremen, Germany. She married Hubert Lange (1921 to 2008) in 1948. In 1953 Kaethe, her husband, and their two young children emigrated to Canada. They spent one year in Prince Rupert before settling in Kitimat where they raised two more children. Kitimat povided many blessings for Kaethe and her family. They derived strength and friendship from their walk with the community of faith in the First Baptist Church and greatly enjoyed the natural beauty and freedom they found in their new Canadian home.
Kaethe leaves behind cherished memories to her four children, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life was held at the Kitimat First Baptist Church on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
The family wish to thank Doctor "Kay" and Doctor "Skully" and the rest of the medical team in Kitimat for the gracious care they took of Mom in her final years.
They helped make this process one of understanding, acceptance, and peace.
