Jose was born in Azores, Portugal and passed away on May 29 in Kitimat BC with his wife and family at his side. He is sadly missed by his wife Rosa, his family, and numerous friends.
Funeral services were held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Kitimat on June 3, 2011. Jose was interred at the Kitimat Municipal Mausoleum.
