Jarnail Chico Minhas passed away unexpectedly at home at the age of 55.
Jarnail was predeceased by his father Joginder Minhas in 1984 when Jarnail was 15 years old. Jarnail struggled with the painful loss of his father throughout his life.
Jarnail was raised in Kitimat and moved to Coquitlam in adulthood, subsequently raising his family there.
He was a sensitive, gregarious and fun-loving individual. He loved watching and betting on sports including hockey and football. His biggest joys in life were his children whom he loved dearly.
He is survived by wife Parminder, son Gavin, daughter Jasmine, mother Surinder, brother Binty (Sandy), sister Lovely (Dave), nieces and nephews and extended family.
A funeral service will be held at Riverside in Delta on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 12:30 (fittingly in time to make it home for the Superbowl)
