It’s been a year Jacob, since we’ve felt your big hugs and high fives…so many firsts have come and gone, each experienced with quiet smiles, silent tears, and shared memories of our times with you.

…see your big smile as you play soccer with your friends.

…hear the wheels of your walker racing down the hallway.

…feel your arms around me as you hug me.

…see you playing with your many Thomas trains.

…hear you laugh as you win yet another game!

…feel your high fives as you get a pin down at bowling.

…see you dancing and singing to your favourite songs.

…hear you say, “Five more minutes” and “I missed you.”

…feel your hand in mine.
