Giovanina (Nina) was born October 15, 1928 in the town of Sindia, on the Island of Sardegna, Italy. Giovanina passed away at the Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC on July 11, 2008.
Nina would like to thank all of her dearest friends who shared in raising her family for twenty wonderful years in God’s Country – Our Town Of Kitimat.
Prayers were recited from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2547 Hebert Road, Westbank on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated from Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation.
