In Loving Memory of Elspeth Sommer
June 20, 1929 – May 5, 2008
Born in Prince Rupert, BC on June 20, 1929. In the company of her beloved family, Elspeth passed away peacefully at Crossroads Hospice on May 5, 2008 after a courageous and dignified battle with renal failure.
She was predeceased by her husband Keith in 1965. Elspeth will be loving remembered by her son Rick (Sandy Galloway) of Vanderhoof, BC; daughter and son-in-law Kat and Henry Derksen of Port Coquitlam, BC; grandchildren Mollie Demarchi (Dave) and Sam Sommer (Brooke), both of Kamloops, BC.
Elspeth is survived by Joyce and Roy Bull of Windsor, ON, Bruce Sommer of Burnaby, BC, Robin Sommer of Surrey, BC, Judi Sommer of Vancouver, BC, Warren and Bev Sommer of Ft. Langley, BC, and nieces and nephews.
Elspeth will be missed by her new found family of Scottish cousins who brought her immense joy.
