In Loving Memory of Doreen Alice Richards May 2, 1945 - August 5, 2006.
Doreen was passionate about life. She retired from her job as an accountant at Alcan after 28 years and committed herself full time as a volunteer, an accomplished theatre performer and director, and an amazing grandma.
Doreen is survived by her mother Myrtle; sister Lois (Hugo); brother Jim; daughter Stephanie (Daniel); son Norman (Coralie); grandchildren Daphne and Danika; and all her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Lawrence and by her twin brother Dave.
The family would like to say thank you to all our friends for your continued support as well as the Royal Canadian Legion and the Kitimat Rotary Club for helping us throughout. We would also like to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Kitimat General Hospital who have touched our lives over the past couple of months.
