Al passed away peacefully in the Kitimat Multi Level Care Facility. He leaves behind his loving wife Zo, his beloved children, Shannon (Craig Keller), Darcy, Scott (Rachel) and grandchildren Taylor, Nolin, Kyle, Braxton, Zolynne, Quinn, Kiera, and Jackson.

He is also mourned by his sister Johanna (Joey) and brothers Douglas and Michael and their families.

Al was born in Eston Saskatchewan, relocated to Prince Rupert, and moved to Kitimat in 1957, which he called home.

He began working at Alcan in 1959 then formed Mulder Enterprises Ltd in 1977 and €operated the Chevron Agency and gravel truck business. In his work he was happiest welding, hauling logs and trucking gravel. He was a voracious reader and had exhaustive knowledge of WW2.

Al enjoyed curling and hanging out with his grandchildren and his dogs.

At Al's insistence there will be no church funeral however a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Do not mourn for me, for I have not left you.

Look in the eyes of my children and grandchildren and you will find me there.
