THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Lot 2, District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan PRP

THE INTENT:
1.0: To amend Schedule ‘B’ (Future Land Use) of the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2142-2018 by changing the designation of the subject land shown hatched and in bold outline on the accompanying map at 3406 Eby Street:
FROM: Neighbourhood Residential
TO: Urban Residential
2.0: To amend Schedule ‘C’ (Development Permit Areas) of the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2142-2018 by adding the subject land as shown hatched and in bold outline on the accompanying map to Development Permit Area No. 7 - Multi-Family.
PURPOSE:
To permit the use of the property for medium density multi-family residential land uses such as apartments and townhouses.
