JGC Fluor BC LNG Joint Venture (“JFJV”) hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 4(1) and 9(1) of the said Act, JFJV has deposited with theMinister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 10063, a description of the following work:
Placement of Precision Rock Placement (PRP) bags to remediate seabed depressions within the LNG Canada Marine Terminal in Kitimat Arm, in Unit 95, Block J, 103- H-15, near Kitimat, British Columbia, in the traditional territory of the Haisla Nation.
