Prince Rupert RCMP has advised that a man wanted on an outstanding warrant has turned himself in on Jan. 11.
“The Prince Rupert RCMP wants to thank the public for sharing our original post, which lead to the arrest of the 45-year-old man featured on today’s Wanted Wednesday,” the organization stated on its website.
“Because the warrant was endorsed, he was released on protective conditions with a court date for later this month. Stay tuned for next week’s #WantedWednesday!,” Const. Gabriel Gravel, media relations officer for the detachment, said in the website update.

The police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the 45-year-old man, currently wanted on a 2022 file. Donders is wanted on a warrant stemming from charges of extortion, voyeurism, assault by choking and sexual assault.
The man is described as Caucasian, 183 cm (6’0), 82 kilograms (181lb), with brown hair and blue eyes.
