The Kitimat Fire Department put out a ship fire that happened earlier today at the MK Bay Marina.
Kitimat Firefighter Paramedics - IAFF Local 1304 in a Facebook post described the ship fire as a challenging complex incident.
The Haisla Nation Volunteer Fire Department assisted in breaking down and cleaning up the fire scene.
The investigation is still ongoing and the cause of the fire has not been identified. There were no injuries reported as a result of the ship fire.
