JRP recommends approval of controversial oil pipeline

JRP recommended that Enbridge be given a certificate to build the Northern Gateway proposal in their final report

While the contents of the final report will be available soon to the public, the Joint Review Panel which has reviewed the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipelines proposal has recommended that the project be approved.

That is subject to over 200 conditions.
