Driver crashes into tree down Skeenaview embankment

A driver received minor injuries after crashing into a tree at the top of the embankment on Skeenaview Drive (commonly called Kalum hill).

Police received a report of a loud crash on Hillcrest Avenue around 6:30 p.m. on July 11.

Terrace RCMP attended the scene and confirmed a truck was heading south down the hill when it veered to the right and went partially over the embankment. It hit a tree and came to a stop.
