Almost $58,000 raised through ACT telethon (Slideshow)

Kitimat residents have much to feel good about after raising money for the community.

The donations are still being counted, but Wendy Kraft posted to the Aluminum City Telethon Facebook page saying that almost $58,000 has been raised.

And we’re still counting… You have outdid yourself again :))” she wrote to the group members.

The telethon wrapped up around 9 p.m. last night after a full day of performances.
