The Mount Elizabeth Middle Secondary School senior boys soccer team travelled to Burnaby to compete in the BC School Soccer Provincial Championships from November 6 to 8.

The 17 players, ranging from grade 8 to grade 12, put all their energy into their games and were able to show off their hard work competing against high-level teams from all over B.C.

Antoine Bergeron won the MVP Commissioner 11 Award at the championships which featured 16 teams from across B.C. The MEMSS team ended up in one of the toughest brackets, playing five games over the two-day tournament.
