Kitimat RCMP is appealing for anyone with information about a break and enter that happened at the Shell gas station on Lahakas Boulevard to come forward.

RCMP members were called to the gas station premises early on Thursday, June 29, to investiage a break and enter.

“When the officers arrived they noted the front entrance door had been smashed open, and several items were stolen from inside the store,” said RCMP Media Relations Officer Cst. Rebekah Draht. “Video surveillance was obtained and showed a heavier-set person inside the store wearing a black balaklava and a grey and white hoodie.”

She appealed to anyone with information to please contact the Kitimat RCMP at 250-632-7111.
