Laughter, camaraderie, and budding performances filled the Alliance Church as this year’s Summer Drama Camp culminated in a delightful presentation on July 20. The camp, running from July 8 to July 20, embraced the theme of friendship, showcasing the creative efforts and teamwork of its participants.

This year's young thespians included Julia Gierl, Eugene and Haruka Yamamoto, Amy Guldin, Selena Kant, Lucy and Evan Jacobs, Cadi Koza, Gia Whelan, Matilda and Albert Czornohalan, Grace Hulley, Nevaeh Maguire, Sarvyog Kumar, Leland McCormick, Izzy Thomas, and Elaina Leitch. The diverse group of children collaborated under the guidance of camp leaders Pam Vollrath and Tina Watchorn, with the valuable assistance of Kenya Owens.

The camp, sponsored by Kitimat Arts For Youth, provided a platform for the participants to learn about the art of drama while forging new friendships and strengthening existing ones.

The final performance was a testament to the hard work and enthusiasm of the young actors, leaving the audience impressed and entertained.
