Special Olympics Kitimat held a special meet-n’-greet event at Riverlodge last weekend. The event was originally meant to be held at Radley Park, but due to weather, it was moved indoors. The guests enjoyed games, music and cake. Special O Kitimat is always looking for new volunteers and athletes. Currently, they have three sports: swimming, soccer and curling and the team is working on adding golf to the roster.
