Here are some good news stories from Northern Sentinel readers this week:
“Milo (16 months old) tried spaghetti for the first time. As you can tell, he loved it.”
— Tiffany DeBorgia Clarke
“My son was recently stranded on the Kitimat highway with a flat tire, where the jack wasn’t working and he needed some extra assistance. He was waving a flashlight lantern for help. No one was stopping. Then lo and behold, a few hours later a young man and his girlfriend stopped to check if things were okay. They were a fantastic help trying to secure old wood from the ditches and area to help prop up the vehicle. That was very kind of them. My son wants to scribe a letter to the male’s employer to advise them that their employee maintained helpful code of conduct even outside of the workplace.”
— Maggie Jo
“On Dec. 1, the Home Schoolers craft fair took to an online platform to flog their wares. Little hands and great imaginations, with some input from parental units, are making everything from unique Christmas tree ornaments to baking and many other crafted surprises. I, as the Gramma of some of these little entrepreneurs, was excited to see what is on offer this year.”
