In Loving Memory of
Margaret Joan Gray
September 25, 1944 to December 12, 2015
That moment that you left us,
Our hearts were split in two.
One side was filled with memories,
The other side died with you.
We often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep,
And take a walk down memory lane with tears upon our cheeks.
Remembering you is easy,
We do it every day…
Many days we have needed you,
Many days we have cried…
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
Missing you is a heartache that never goes away.
We hold you tightly within our hearts and there you will remain.
It is hard to believe that it has already been one year since we lost this beautiful, strong woman from our lives. She was such an inspiration to each of us and not once did she ever sit down and allow herself to become a victim of breast cancer. She continued to live, love and laugh each and every day that she was blessed with. She was also blessed with amazing friends, family, nurses and doctors that supported her throughout her journey.
“Don’t cry because it’s over…smile because it happened.”
