Edith Klepsch
March 15, 1934 – October 11, 2016
Edith passed away peacefully with family at her side at the Kitimat General Hospital. Born in Konigberg Germany, she immigrated to Canada in 1953, soon after she met her beloved husband Horst and has been married to him for 62 years. Edith and Horst started their family in Ocean Falls BC and like many others for there moved to Kitimat in 1971. Edith worked as an LPN at the old Kitimat Hospital as well in the early years was a devoted volunteer for the Kitimat Auxillary. More recently her volunteer work brought her to the Kitimat Senior Centre were she enjoyed many friendships and of course the bingo.
Edith is survived by her wonderful husband Horst her children Marion (Karen), Monika (Dennis), Dave (Nancy); grandchildren Tyler (Jodi), Melanie (Mike) and Devin, great grandchildren Parker, Tyler and Trevor.
